On 30 April 1977, Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s Kalakuta Republic at 14A Agege motor road was closed down by the Federal Government, following a misunderstanding between Mr. Segun Adams one of Fela’s drivers and an army officer, Lance Corporal Mari Aji-Biu.
