Too early to talk about 2023 presidency, says Tinubu

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National leader of All Progressives Congress said on Tuesday that it is too early to start discussing issues of 2023 Presidency.

Tinubu spoke to journalists at Aso rock presidential villa after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.

His view is contrary to that of prominent critic and leader of Latter Rain Church who had last week asked the President to begin the process of choosing his successor.

The former Governor of Lagos State added that that any talks about succession plans for now should be discarded.

According to him, anybody talking about which part of the country should get the presidency now is suffering from restlessness.
