Anaku Community Hosts Anambra Trade Commissioner Mmadubuko On Thank You Visit

Anaku Community Hosts Anambra Trade Commissioner ,Mmadubuko

The People of Anaku community in Ayamelum local government area,
recently trooped out en-mass to receive their son and the Commissioner
for Trade, Commerce and Wealth Creation, Dr Christian Mmadubuko who
came to thank them for massively voting for the All Progressives Grand
Alliance, APGA, during the State House of Assembly elections.

The event which took place at the Community Primary School field Anaku, showcased the rich
cultural heritage of the community as masquerades and other cultural
troupes displayed their different dance steps.

Addressing the gathering, Dr Mmadubuko said that since the inception
of Governor Obiano’s administration, Anaku community has benefitted
immensely in infrastructural development, appointments and other dividends, hence
the reason for its victory in the state.

He explained that this is the first time in the history of the area that their community
voted massively for APGA, polling a total of three thousand, six
hundred and eighty six votes and promised that he will not relent in
assisting Ndi Anaku to attract more developmental projects as well as
upgrade the system of education in the community.

The members representing Ayamelum in the State House of Assembly, Mr.
Uche Okafor who was re-elected for second term, commended
the Commissioner for the gathering, noting that Ndi Anaku have
given him a mandate which he promised to reciprocate with more
democracy dividend especially as it concerns their health and well
being.

In their separate speeches, the member elect for Anambra East and West
Federal Constituency, Chief Chinedu Obidigwe and his Orumba North and
South counterpart, Chief Okwudili Ezenwankwo said that Ndi Anaku have
shown total solidarity to Governor Obiano, noting that his
administration has advanced the agricultural system in the area,
upgraded schools and provided them with basic social amenities.

Appreciating the Commissioner on-behalf of the community, Chief John
Icheke-Anigbogu thanked him for uniting the community which according
manifested during the election, assuring that they are
strongly behind Governor Obiano’s administration because it remembered
them and did what successive administrations could not do for them
