A Federal high court in Kano has nullified the primary election that led to emergence of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP gubernatorial candidate in Kano, Abba Yusuf.
Ruling in a suit filed by Ali Amin-little, a PDP gubernatorial aspirant, Justice Lewis Allagoa said the PDP did not conduct governorship primary election in Kano, and thus, the candidature of Yusuf null and void.
Amin-little, had in the suit, challenged the process that led to emergence of the PDP gubernatorial candidate.
