The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, revealed, this morning, that it would, by 2 pm today, Wednesday, present the certificate of return to President Muhammadu Buhari who was declared winner of the 23 February presidential election.
Chairman of INEC, Mahmood Yakub, added that the event will take place at the National Collation Centre, Abuja, at 2p.m.
