The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen has arrived at the Code of Conduct Tribunal where he is expected to take his plea on charges of non declaration of assets filed against him.
Justice Onnoghen had failed to attend the trial since the charges against him were read in court last month.
Justice Danladi Umar had last Wednesday issued a bench warrant, ordering the Police and the DSS to arrest the suspended CJN over his refusal to appear to take his plea to the charges against him.
