Buhari lifts Abiodun’s hand at rancorous APC rally in Abeokuta

President Mohammadu Buhari on Monday finally endorsed the candidacy of Prince Dapo Abiodun as the Ogun governorship candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC) for the March 2 gubernatorial election during the rancour riddled presidential campaign rally of the party in Abeokuta.

The president made this endorsement in front of Governor Ibikunle Amosun during the presidential rally staged for the president’s re-election bid in Moshood Abiola stadium.

In his speech, President Buhari thanked the people of Ogun State for the support given to him in 2015.

As he reeled out his achievements in the areas of combating insurgency, fighting against corruption, and so on; just as he had promised.

Also at the rally was the National Chairman of APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, who also presented the symbolic party flag to Abiodun at the well attended rally, which was also witnessed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, some former and serving state governors and party executives.
