President Muhammadu Buhari Youth Campaign Organisation in Ogun has described the presence of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji  Atiku Abubakar in the state as inconsequential, equating him to zero in the state.

Olusegun Clement, the coordinator of the organization, said this during the inauguration ceremony of members of the executives in the state at the APC’s secretariat in Abeokuta.

Clement who said Atiku is no threat to Buhari’s second term bid added that posters of the presidential candidate can be barely seen in any part of the state?

His words, “For us in Ogun state, what we are doing is sensitisation and mild interfacing with our people because no other presidential candidate is spanning here, it is President Muhammadu Buhari all the way. Atiku has no place here in Ogun. Atiku is zero here in Ogun state.

“Come to Ogun state, you will barely count his posters in the state. We would not take our people for granted because we love them and they love us as well.

“So what we are doing today, which is the inauguration of Buhari Youth Campaign organisation in the state is a means to further interface with our people in a more organised way and that is because our leader and father,  President Buhari holds Ogun people in high esteem.

“This event marks the beginning of our activities in Ogun state and we would continue until 48 hours to the Presidential election. We would visit every nooks and crannies of Ogun state delivering the message of Mr President to them because Mr President has sent us to Ogun people and we would deliver that message accordingly,” he added

Speaking on the involvement of the Youths in the coming elections, Clement enjoined them to shun violence and promptly report anyone trying to use them as instrument to breakdown laws and order.

He further appeal to the youths not to throw their votes away saying Buhari is the best alternative that will deliver the dividend of democracy to Nigerians.

“ To our young persons, especial here in Ogun state, I know we cannot be pushed into the unexpected but I just have to still reecho the fact that those people who will want to deceive you are out and they will soon be coming to you, please reject them.

“Buhari remains the only and best option who will deliver the dividend of democracy to us and with him our feature is secured. Please ensure you vote for President Muhammadu Buhari. “
