Ogun Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun said his administration has fashioned out a 50-year development master plan for the state.
He also affirmed that his achievements as governor is beyond beyond the infrastructural development of the state.
The governor, who is the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate for the Ogun Central senatorial seat in the 2015 general election said this statement during his ward to ward campaign tour at Oba ward in Obafemi/Owode Local Government Area. He said his government’s blueprint for development of Ogun has a short, medium and long term plan of where the state should be in the next fifty years.
While canvassing for votes for his senatorial ambition and the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari, the governor urged the people to embrace continuity of his government in the forthcoming election.
“It is clear that no Governor can finish everything and that is why we should not allow anybody to come and dictate for us in Ogun because this state is our own and we wouldn’t allow someone who does not know how far we have come to take away what we have taken our time to build.
According to the governor, Kobape will be the new city gate to Abeokuta while a new government city to be situated around Oba axis is another mega project that will develop the area and turn Ogun State into a small London.
The governor,  who had earlier on Monday visited Kajola, Obafemi, Ajebo, Alapako, Ogunmakin among other boasted that only a true son of the state can develop the state like he has done.
He, however, enjoined the people not to fight opposition parties nor trade their permanent voter cards for money to anyone who promise to lend them money for trading, warning that such promises are deceits to buy their votes.
The governor who had earlier on Monday visited Kajola, Obafemi, Ajebo, Alapako,Ogunmakin among others ended the Obafemi/Owode ward to ward tour by visiting Adige where he promised to start the road construction by next week Monday to Oba,Makoloki, ofada,Mowe,Ibafo,Magboro,Onidundu,Arepo and down to Owode.
He had also promised to initiate a bill for the construction of a 6- lane road that would link the Iyana-Oloke, Oba, Ojere,Kabape,Idi-Aba and other parts of the state
