Just in: Court stops swearing in of new deputy governor in Imo

A High Court in Owerri has ordered the stoppage of the swearing-in of Callistus Ekenze, Head of Civil Service of Imo, as Deputy Governor of the state.

Ekenze was appointed as the Deputy Governor of Imo State on Monday after the State House of Assembly impeached Mr Madumere as the deputy governor.
