Alliance Française de Lagos launched ‘Music’, a collective photography exhibition yesterday in their branch office in Yaba, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

In June 2018, in the frame of the World Music Day Celebrations, Alliance Française Lagos asked photographers to submit pictures illustrating their idea of “Music”. What seemed easy at first became a challenge. Dozens of entries were received, and the selection process proved to be laborious.

The exhibiting artist are Adekunle Ajayi, Ademola Akinlabi, JB Mairubutu, Afolabi Damilare, Benson Ibeabuchi, Bolaji Oluwatosin, Opeyemi Balogun, Nguher Zaki, Justin Makangara, Anthony Obayomi, Olatunji Obasa, Selorm Jay, Boomy Tii and Omoregie Osakpolor.
