Pastor, businessman kidnapped in Akwa Ibom

The Area Superintendent of The Apostolic Church, Ikot Akpa Idem Area in Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Mfon Joseph Udoneke and Deacon Alexander Tom Umoh a business man were kidnapped in the church today by 5.00am.

That hapened a few days after the released of Mrs.Okon Monday Joseph after ransom was reportedly paid.In February this year, Mr.Nnamkere James Ben Umoh, an indigene of Ikot Akpa Idem, was killed by yet to be arrested gunmen.

Assassination and kidnapping in Ukanafun Local Government Area has led to migration of People from the affected communities to neighbouring Local Government Area of Abak.
