Conflict in Ogun PDP: Police dock 17

The Adebayo Dayo-led Ogun State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has made the Police to arraign 17 hoodlums in court for invading the party secretariat on Monday afternoon.

The Police charged them with smuggling, disruption of public peace at the High at Isabo Abeokuta.

The group, led by the newly elected state chairman, Jon Sikirulai Ogundele was also charged for violating the law which was made by the Federal High court under the judgement of Judge Idowu Olayinka that Adebayo Dayo should continue as the chairman of the party till 2020.

The accused were asked to pay N100,000 each and each of them should provide a surety.
