Two ‘whistle-blowers’ docked in Yenagoa

Police in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa state capital have arraigned two whistle blowers in a Chief Magistrate Court for false information to the Inspector-General of Police.

 

TThe accused, Mr. Francis Babatunde and his accomplice, Mr. John James  were arraigned for giving false information to the Inspector-General of Police, (IGP), Monitoring Team that one Mr. Moses Oruaze is in possession  of firearms in his residence in Yenagoa.

 

They pleaded not guilty to the charges and were remanded in prison for the subsequent appearance in court.
