The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, reports that the accused — Adeoti, 34, and Emmanuel, 27 — are being tried for conspiracy and theft.

Police Prosecutor Joshua Oladoye told the court that the accused committed the offences on Jun 18 at 9.30 p.m. at Oke Oniti area of Osogbo.

Oladoye said the accused conspired and stole a bus with registration no. FST 504 XG, property of Trans-Shipment Company in Lagos.

He said the offences contravened Sections 383, 390 (9) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun, 2003.
