The Rivers State Police Command on Friday confirmed the re-arrest of fleeing suspected murder suspect, Ifeanyi Dike in Jos Plateau State
Dike escaped from the custody of the Police in Rivers State after he was paraded for rape and decapitation of an eight-year-old girl.
Channels Television quoted the Rivers Police Commissioner, Zaki Ahmed as confirming that the suspect was arrested in Jos by men of Special Anti-Robbery Squad in the early hours of Friday morning.
The suspect, the Police chief said is currently in secure custody in the Plateau State capital.
The seemingly unrepentant suspect also broke into the home of an unnamed resident and stabbed him in what appears to be a robbery incident.
