Supreme Court has declared former Kaduna State governor, Sen. Ahmed Makarfi the authentic chairman of Nigeria’s biggest opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party.
The declaration by the apex court on Wednesday is expected to end the tussle for leadership of the erstwhile Nigeria’s ruling party between Senator Makarfi and former Borno governor, Senator Ali Modu-Sheriff.
