The Nigeria Police Force has released music entrepreneur and boss of Chocolate City, Audu Maikori on bail.
Maikori was arrested on Friday in Lagos and flown to Abuja by the Police over allegations that he lied in a series of tweets about killings of students of a College of Education Kaduna State.
He was released around 6 pm on Saturday in Abuja.
“Audu [Maikori] has been released on bail based on self-recognition”, Mark Jacob, the music entrepreneur’s lawyer said.
