Mr. Omotosho Gbenga Olatunde, a former staff of Global Fleet Oil and Gas Limited belonging to a controversial Nigerian, Jimoh Ibrahim has sued the company and its owner at the National Industrial Court, Ibadan over wrong salary deductions.
In a suit number NICN/IB/65/2015, Olatunde is asking the court to rule that some wrong deductions made from his salary to the tune of about N2.5million and unremitted pension deductions be paid back to him with addition charges.
Presiding judge, Justice F. I. Olalere has adjoured the case till June 14, 2017 for hearing as a result of the absence of the defence counsel.
