Photographs of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha, in London have surfaced in what in unarguably another effort to debunk falsehoods being peddled about the President’s state of health and rumours that he has died. Buhari is currently on vacation in London and is expected to return to Nigeria early next month.
But there have been rumours published as stories on some websites that the President is seriously ill, with another report going as far as claiming that he has passed on.
The Presidency has denied the claims, affirming that the President is hale and hearty and will return to his desk in Nigeria at the end of his vacation.
