Obaseki cast his vote

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has began announcement of election results for the Edo State gubernatorial election which took place yesterday.

The first of the results of the 18 Local Governments announced was from Owan West. The collation officer for the Local Government, Professor Ayodele Adepitan said APC scored 12,862 votes while PDP scored 10, 132 votes.
