Breaking: INEC postpones Edo guber poll

The Independent National Electoral Commission has finally agreed to postpone Edo State gubernatorial election scheduled for next Saturday.

It was gathered that the election will shifted forward for about two weeks.

The Department of State Security and the Police had yesterday asked for a shift in the date of the election for security reasons. It was gathered that INEC will address a press conference soon on the new date.
