Kogi: Gov. Bello floors Faleke at Appeal Court

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Thursday dismissed the suit filed by James Faleke, challenging the election of  Yahaya Bello as Kogi State Governor.

In her ruling, Justice Jummai Sankey stated that Faleke’s suit lacked merit.
