An unidentified middle aged pick pocket was caught red-handed by security agents at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, in Benin on Saturday.
The suspect who did not wear a delegate identification tag, was said to have been caught by eagle-eyed security operatives while removing a mobile phone from the pocket of an unsuspecting delegate.
The suspect who was later handcuffed to the security barricade, puzzled security agents on how he got into the venue of the election venue undetected.
