Judgment will be delivered today in a Federal High Court in Abuja over the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by embattled Senate President Bukola Saraki.
Justice Abdul Kafarati had withdrawn from the case before after he was accused of taking a N2billion bribe by an online publication.
However, following the intervention of the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, the case has been re-listed for delivery today.
Saraki had, through his counsel, Ajibola Oloyede, asked the court to quash the corruption charges against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) .
