Hajia Hafi Bello, wife of Kogi state governor,has given birth to twin boys at a private hospital in Abuja.
The babies were delivered on Friday 4 March, 2016.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Strategy, Mr. Abdulkarim Abdulmalik, said the children and their mother are in good health.
The statement further stated that the governor received the news with joy.
Bello who set a record as the first governor to be sworn in Nigeria, without a deputy, has also logged a record as first Kogi state governor to be blessed with twin babies while in office.
