Synagogue: Church Trustees, engineers’ arraignment stalled again

The arraignment of Trustees of Synagogue Church of all Nation and to two engineers who built the collapsed building that killed 116 persons in 2014 was Thursday stalled following a new application seeking to quash the charge.
