Breaking News: Ex- PDP Chairman Mohammed brought to court in ambulance

Former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party and defence minister, Haliru Mohammed was arraigned  Tuesday morning at a Federal High Court in Abuja, over the money meant for arms but stolen by the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki to oil the PDP machine.

Mohammed was brought to court today in an ambulance belonging to Abuja Clinics. On arrival, he was wheeled into the court room. His son was charged with him.

Their alleged offence was that they received fraudulently the sum of N300million from the office of the National security adviser. The EFCC also accused them of money laundering.

 

Justice Ahmed Muhammed will rule shortly whether to grant bail to the two men.
