Kogi election: Audu sweeps polling booth, PDP 0

The results of the governorship election held in Kogi State have started trickling in, with the APC candidate, Prince Abubakar Audu sweeping almost all the valid votes to his polling unit, with nothing to spare to the incumbent, Idris Wada.

In the rseult declared for polling unit 002, LGEA School, Ogbonicha/Ofeche, Ochi-Ogbonicha Omodofa Ward 10, Audu won 240 votes. There were no votes recorded for the PDP.

INEC official at the unit, Edicha Matthew, while announcing the results said that of the 654 on voters’ register, only 255 were credited.

The unit recorded only thee invalid votes.
