It would be an intense showdown of beauty as Nigeria’s Beauty and Tourism ambassador, Queen Collete Nwadike and over 50 beauty queens from all over the world strut their stuff in a bid to clinch the ultimate title at the Exquisite Face of the Universe world finals slated to hold in the beautiful island of Sao Tome & Principe from 22 November – 5 December, 2015.

Nwadike would be flying the national flag on this international stage and has gone the extra mile to ensure in physical appearance, mind, character and more, she becomes the obvious choice for the crown; thus bringing pride and glory to her beloved country – Nigeria.

Nwadike was selected via a portfolio screening and is being groomed and prepared by Aurora International – a top notch Beauty, Events & Lifestyle outfit.

Speaking on the pageant preparations, Miss Tomi Lydia Salami, ex-beauty queen & CEO, Aurora International, expressed confidence in her delegate and said she embodies the qualities of a Queen, inside and out. She urged Nigerians to support Collete as she embarks on this special assignment to promote the Beauty, Culture & Tourism potential of Nigeria and Africa to the world.

“In 2001, Agbani Darego made history by becoming the first Black Miss World; this year, we have a desire to see history repeat its self as Miss Nwadike departs Nigeria for Sao Tome & Principe to join 50 beauties from all over the world in her quest to become the first Black Exquisite Face of the Universe,” Salami said.
The former beauty queen disclosed that Collete is being coached in etiquette, elocution, catwalk, poise, slating and many more.

“She works out at the gym practically everyday. We’ve left no stone unturned in our bid to make her stand out in the upcoming competition. I believe history is about to be made again. It’s high time Nigeria brought home the crown,” She expressed.

Nwadike, who is an English graduate, is currently a Special Assistant to the Anambra State Governor. She has worked hard to make her mark in the world of beauty and modeling all the while bringing succor and meaning to the lives of the less privileged around the country via her foundation which centers on welfare and empowerment.
Exquisite Face of The Universe is an internationally acclaimed world beauty pageant with its focal point on the promotion of Culture and Tourism.
