Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets came from behind to log a 2-1 lead over Mexico in the second semi-final of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
Mexico’s striker Kevin Magana scored first in the 8th minute, but Nigeria cancelled the deficit through a well curled free kick by the team captain, Nwakali on 35th minute.
Okonkwo shot Nigeria to the lead 8th minutes after.
The second half is on-going. Mexico’s Diego Cortes in a dribble run equalised in the 60th minute.
Mali has already qualified for the final after beating Belgium 3-1.
