Appeal Court judges in Abuja entered the courtroom at 9.25 a.m to give judgment in the much awaited case of Senate President, Bukola Saraki, against his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The lawyers representing the parties in court, announced their presence.

The three-man appeal court panel is led by Justice Moore Adumen.

Saraki is contesting the jurisdiction of the CCT over the alleged false asset charge slammed on him by the Code Of Conduct Bureau.

9.35 am: Justice Adumen begins reading the judgement.

Adumen said the judgment could not be delivered on 19 October as earlier planned because the justices had to struggle to reach a consensus.
