Boko Haram continues to wage its bombing campaign against the Nigerian north east city of Maiduguri, attacking two communities with suicide bombers.

Three female bombers this morning were on rampage in Dala, Yazara communities in the city, according to initial reports.

The attacks came less than 24 hours after suicide bombers in two separate attacks struck in a mosque in Maiduguri and a new central mosque in Yola, capital of Adamawa state.

At least 10 people died in Maiduguri dawn attack, while 27 died in Yola. About 107 people were wounded in the two attacks.

Alhaji Abubakar Jimeta, a survivor in Yola, said the mosque had attracted many worshippers for Friday prayers because it had only been built recently. He said the bomb had gone off in a parking lot in front of the mosque.
