On Thursday, Nigeria and the UK signed an agreement on the use of solar energy to provide electricity to rural people. While Vice President Yemi Osinbanjo, who led Nigeria’s delegation to the event at the Facebook Headquarters, signed on behalf of the Federal Government, Mr Grant Shapps, the UK Minister of State for International Development, signed on behalf of his country.
