Ministerial screening: Udoma Udoma, Fayemi face senate

The much awaited screening of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nominees, has begun in the Nigerian senate.

Senator Udoma Udo Udoma was the first to face the senate in plenary. He spoke about his career milestones.

He was followed by former governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi. He was confronted by two questions by the chief whip, Senator Sola Adeyeye.

One of them was that he should respond to the allegations that he left Ekiti state in huge debts and that he inflated the costs of furnishing the government state house in his state.
