The building which was located at Temole Bus stop,Titilayo junction,New Osoosun area,Old bank bus stop,Ifo.
A bricklayer blamed human error for the collapse.
He posited that, though, the rain was heavy on that day,the building was not constructed with the torpography of the area, in consideration.
According to him,”some of us have observed that the building was not strong enough. The mixing of the cement and sand was the first observation and we complained to the workers on the site then, but they never listened to us.
“One of them even put up a fight with us,claiming that we were planning to hijack the work from them. Information at our disposal was that the wishes of the owner were what the bricklayers were implementing.”
