Femi Otedola’s Forte Oil, which has interests in fuel retailing, oil exploration and power generation, said the investment would give Mercuria, the world’s third largest independent energy trader, an inroad into West Africa’s energy sector.
Established in 2004, Mercuria has become one of the largest integrated energy and commodity trading companies in the world.
