Mourinho’s nightmare continues: Chelsea lose again at Stamford Bridge

Another bad day: Chelsea players file out of Stamford Bridge, head bowed

It seems Mr. Jose Mourinho’s most horrible season is yet to peter out as Chelsea went down again to Southampton 1-3in the eight day match played at Stamford Bridge today in front of a crowd of over 41,000 fans.

Chelsea’s Willian scored the first goal on 10 minutes, but just before the break, Steven Davis equalised for the visitors.

In the second half, the visitors piled more woes on their hosts as they pumped in two additional goals by Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle, making the scoreline incredible to Chelsea’s fans.

Chelsea, the defending champions,  are now rooted in the 16th position on the league table, after 8 matches, with eight points, out of a possible 24.
