The courtroom of the Code of Conduct Tribunal is already filled up, with Senators constituting the higher percentage of the audience as the trial of Senator Bukola Saraki, the President of the Senate is set to commence in a few minutes.

The Senate President who is facing trial on 13 count charges of false declaration of assets is not yet at the tribunal.

But his media aides seem to have succeeded in putting pressure on the management of the Tribunal to stop live transmission of proceedings.

The management of the tribunal has ordered TVC and Channels television to stop live transmission of the proceedings.
