President Muhammadu Buhari will today, August 31, 2015, preside over the swearing-in-ceremony of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, National Security Adviser and Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.
Engineer Babachir David Lawal is the new SFG, General Babagana Monguno is the National Security Adviser and Femi Adesina, the special adviser, media and publicity.
The event will begin at 11.30 a.m
