Buhari promotes service chiefs, with Boko Haram still on the loose

With Boko Haram still on the prowl killing Nigerians, President Muhammadu Buhari, assisted by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, decorated the newly appointed service chiefs, whose primary duty is to make Nigeria and Nigerians safe.
