Debonair Governor Rochas Okorocha of the southern Nigerian state of Imo, has become the butt of jokes in the social media after the cameras caught him, red handed dozing off, during a meeting between President Muhammadu Buhari and a team of World Bank officials led by their president, Mr. Jim Yong Kim in Washington D.C.

Okorocha is among the five governors in the 33 man entourage of Buhari, to the US on a four day visit that ends 23 July.

One social media commentator jibed: ‘What is Okorocha doing in America self?’
