Photographer, Femi Ipaye captures the biting effect of petrol shortage in Nigeria’s Federal capital of Abuja, with streets deserted and fuel stations jam-packed with riotous queues of motorists, looking for fuel and fuel vendors on the streets looking for buyers.

Government says having released N156 billion to the marketers, it has paid the oil marketers a substantial part of the marketers’ claims, but the marketers said N200 billion is outstanding. And they want it paid within two weeks.
