The All Progressives Congress (APC) has summoned an emergency meeting with its elders and members of the National Working Committee on Tuesday in Abuja.
According to a reliable source, the meeting may discuss a possible adjournment of the date for the party’s National Convention scheduled for Dec. 8.
The source says the meeting will involve top notchers of the party.
The ruling Peoples Democratic Party has fixed its convention, where President Goodluck Jonathan is expected to be endorsed as the torch bearer of the party for the 14 February 2015 election.
