On 5 November, Pastor TB Joshua ignored the summons of the coroner investigating the collapse of a guesthouse in his Synagogue Church.

About 116 people, including 84 South Africans died in the tragedy.

The popular and controversial founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations has been asked to appear again on 21 November.

But he may not appear. His supporters have been adducing sentimental reasons why Joshua may be bigger that our laws.

Here Apostle Paul Akarigbo, a Nigerian pastor based in South Africa offers a passionate defence of Pastor Temitope Joshua and argues why he should not be summoned before the Coroner Inquest. In his argument, Pastor Joshua should be above the laws of society.

So TB Joshua should be above the Law right, even did not acquire a building permit, built an illegal guesthouse on his compound and have no building insurance and as a result of deliberate disregard for people as well negligence this building collapsed.

The lawless man has arrived in the scene as II Thessalonians 2 is telling us in the bible. The world has descended into lawless now regarding false private prophets. Sick ! You call yourself a pastor, Paul Akarigbo ? You are a scandal for Jesus Christ who even subjected Himself to the Law and even said that He in no wise would do away with the Law. You are a con man and a false pastor.
