Former Nigerian Head of State and one of the All Progressives Congress presidential aspirants, General Muhammadu Buhari has called on Nigerians to vote out the Peoples Democratic Party for non-performance in the general elections scheduled for February 2015.
He underscored the need to do so: Four more years of President Goodluck Jonathan led PDP would spell doom for Nigerians.
Buhari made the appeal at the meeting of APC leaders ,elders and other stakeholders from Northern Nigeria held at ASAA Pyramid Hotel, Kaduna on Saturday.
He carpeted the PDP government for the high level of insecurity and economic backwardness in the country. And he stressed: ” Nigerians will face hell and disaster, if PDP wins the 2015 elections.”
He therefore urged the voters to “Shine their eyes” and vote only credible party, candidates and leaders at states, local government , National and State Assemblies elections.
“If Nigerians can shun the deceit , religious, ethnic and sectional sentiments , they should be rest assured that good leaders will emerge “. Buhari stated.
He equally tasked aspirants vying for all elective positions to be selfless and committed to unity and progress of the country .
