Ahmed Abu Khatallah, who allegedly lead the 2012 deadly attack on the consulate of the US in the Libyan city of Benghazi was flown to the US today in the custody of US authorities, a justice official said.
“ is in law enforcement custody,” a Department of Justice spokesman said in an email to AFP.
