President Muhammadu Buhari returned to the country early Friday morning through the Kaduna International Airport.

He was received by a handful of presidential aides, military chiefs, including his chief of staff, Mallam Abba Kyari and the deputy governor of Kaduna State, Bala Bantex.

The President wore a dark kaftan and sprightly alighted from the Presidential jet which brought him from the United Kingdom as he shakes presidential aides who had lined up to receive him.

The President is on his way to Abuja aboard an helicopter as at the time of filing in this story.

The President left the country on January 19, 2017 for a vacation, during which he had routine medical check-ups.

The holiday was extended based on doctors’ recommendation for further tests and rest.

President Buhari had expressed appreciation to teeming Nigerians from across the country, and beyond, who had prayed fervently for him, and also sent their good wishes while he was away.
