The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted dust haze weather conditions over the central States of the country with horizontal visibility values of two to five kilometers on Friday.

NiMet’s made the prediction in its Weather Outlook by the Central Forecast Office in j on Saturday.

It added that the region would have day and night temperature of 29 to 36 degrees Celsius and 13 to 25 degrees Celsius respectively.

The agency predicted that the Southern states would experience hazy conditions with partly cloudy conditions over the southwestern coast.

It also predicted day and night temperatures of 34 to 35 and 23 to 25 degrees Celsius respectively over the southern states during the forecast period.

According to NiMet, northern states will experience be under hazy conditions with day and night temperatures of 30 to 36 and 13 to 20 degrees Celsius respectively.
“Dust haze condition is expected to prevail over the entire country with exception of the southwest coast, which is likely to be under partly cloudy conditions,” NiMet predicted. (NAN)
