Adefolami receives Obama’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Suraju Adefolami Dada, Professor of Finance, School of Business Administration, University of Costa Rica (UNEM) in Central America was recently given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the US President, Barack Obama.

This, according to Adefolami, “was in acknowledgement of my frequent publications that contribute very well to the economic development in the world and Nigeria especially.”

Adefolami is a product of the London Institute of Commerce (1981). He obtained also Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, 1998/99; Masters of Business administration from the same institution in 2002. In 2013, he obtained Doctor of Business Administration, University of Costa Rica, San Jose. Last year, he received his professorship from the same school.
